After months of back room development, Mulgari Automotive has developed its very own, Ford Focus ST Tuning kit (M-ST – 2005<), consisting of a Mulgari tuned ECU engine map in addition to a bespoke Mulgari cold air induction kit.

Those wishing to push the envelope in terms of visuals as well as horsepower won’t be disappointed as the Mulgari MST utilises a modified front fog light (pictured) in addition to a Mulgari developed filter relocation pipe and ECU relocation bracket, and a high-performance ITG air filter.

Thanks to the modified front fog light casing, cold air is channelled via the most direct route available, meaning the ST’s 2.5 litre turbo charged lump receives 60% more cold, fast flowing air, which in conjunction with the modified software increases performance.

Mulgari’s ST tuning kit utilises a reworked and relocated, Mulgari developed engine control unit that has been extensively tested to deliver true and improved real world performance. Mulgari has adapted the boost pressure and fuelling to take advantage of the increased airflow and high quality UK fuel (95 RON +).

The Mulgari ST tuning pack has been dyno proven to improve performance by over 50 bhp increasing power to 275bhp and extending torque by 80ft lb providing a combined figure of over 300 ft lb. Pertinently, the Mulgari ST kit improves the experience of the driver, offering up more power, more quickly, as and when you need it. Not only that, but it improves economy, with Mulgari’s development car averaging 25mpg over a combined cycle, in comparison to 22.4mpg when driving the same route at the same speed.
